We worked with Chef Jill to put together the most delicious menu of both apps and main courses. Everyone we spoke to after the wedding couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. It honestly rivaled many of our favorite restaurants in NYC. In addition to the food, Chef Jill and her staff were amazing. They were so responsive throughout the whole wedding process and offered so many great recommendations. On the wedding day, the staff were very helpful with getting the rentals in order, setting up the tables, etc. We also had some guests thank us for how allergy conscious the wedding and staff were. We're so grateful to Jillicious for bringing our vision to life and couldn’t recommend them more! They truly contributed to an absolutely perfect wedding day!

    I cannot sing this company's praises enough! We heard about them through a friend who was thrilled with her wedding catering through JAN NYC, so we booked them to do my bridal shower. We were so pleased that we had them do our engagement party. Now they are doing our wedding! Nick Miller, the head of the company, is your point of contact, and his awesome personality will make you feel so at ease. I didn't have to lift a finger for either event, really. I told him some basic ideas for a menu and theme, and he ran with it. He had so many great suggestions to give in keeping with my vision. He's extremely thorough and plans everything out to the tee. We were amazed at how seamless and perfect everything turned out, considering we ended up making last minute changes and adding 15 extra people last minute! Most importantly, the food is delicious and the presentation impeccable. I was very impressed with the creativity! The guests were raving about the food from both events. There is a very big selection to choose from...and it is great that they so versed in simple comfort food as well as fancy cuisine. Nick is now doing my wedding because I know I'm in the best hands. He has been in the catering field for many years and I trust his expertise. Weddings are stressful and there are unpredictable factors when it comes to planning. Nick's organization and attention to detail is honestly keeping us sane while we plan this big event. He has been in contact with our other vendors and even got us a discount! While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile.         Stuf'd was the perfect wedding caterer for our special day. We were so nervous booking a caterer blind from across the country, but were wowed by Stuf'd!             You don't realize it, but you do a TON of work with your catering, starting with the food itself, but you also have to work with them on things like rental furniture and the day-of schedule. You end up interacting with this vendor the most, and I was super glad we had Patty who was easy to work with and super organized every step of the way. She was so flexible and even biked across the city to meet us a couple times! Also the food was fantastic. We had so many amazing options to choose from, and it was hard to narrow down. But they also made sure that our selects made sense. We had two potato dishes, and they double checked that was on purpose. It was! :) We love potatoes. Also, the staff on the day-of was super professional and so nice to our guests! Everything was perfect!

              Working with Pheasant was the best decision we could have made for our wedding!!! Yes, it sounds cliché, but it is true. The title of this post is not even a joke; friends and family will-not-stop-talking-about-how-good-the-food-was-at-the-wedding...I'm like...hello? What about me, the bride? Our hilarious and heartfelt vows? The live band? Or even our surprise choreographed dance? Nope!! The food was the **true highlight** of the day/night. Although I may sound mad about it, I am not because it was absolutely delicious, stunning, fresh, and extremely memorable. The appetizers at cocktail hour, the raw bar, and the family style dinner was 10/10, 5 stars, 100%. Most brides and grooms don't even eat at their wedding because they are mingling...but, we had seconds and thirds with extra romesco sauce!!!! Working with Pheasant was hands down the easiest part of the whole wedding. Lola and Cat were incredibly quick to respond to emails, they went along with our requests and offered incredible suggestions. On top of all of that, they handled the rentals, collaborated with our florist and made the table setting romantic, dreamy, and very us 3 They also emotionally supported my decision when I switched event coordinators somewhat late in the game and they helped me find a better match. Lola and Cat were present and professional throughout our time together and then disappeared like fairy godmothers on the special day. They were there, because I vividly remember demanding a hug, but once the event started, they were working their magic on the backend and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I do not have a single complaint and I aim to be as honest as possible when writing reviews because it is what helped me make my decision when I was hiring vendors. Do yourself a favor, and hire Pheasant to cater your wedding and you and your guests can thank me later.

              We booked Lemons & Olives for our February 2025 wedding in Brooklyn, NY at Wild East Brewing. Both my partner and I are vegan, and it was important to both of us that we pick a caterer who could make a genuinely excellent, 100% vegan menu. These guys knocked it out of the park. With a few tweaks, Marko created a menu designed for two food stations featuring grilled pizzas and tacos, all of which were vegan and mouthwatering. At our tasting, we narrowed it down to three options for each, with nut-free and gluten-free options for guests with restrictions. A standout were the squash blossom tacos – we had multiple NYC-based guests ask if L&O has a brick-and-mortar location where they can get the tacos because they’re the best they’ve had on this coast! While our venue had space for catering, they have no in-house kitchen equipment. Marko suggested that the L&O truck pull right up to the loading dock and bring the hot food inside to our guests at serving stations in the venue. It was the perfect solution! Throughout the experience, Marko and Tanja were super easy to work with, genuine and down-to-earth about everything including pricing, and their staff ran things smoothly on the day. Finding a NYC caterer who is honest about their fees and offerings was one of the hardest steps of the planning process, but once we found Lemons & Olives, it became one of the best, most memorable parts of the wedding!

                    Thanks to Tracy & George and their staffing team, our wedding day was far beyond what we ever dreamt of!!!! I will rewind back to when I first emailed Tracy about our wedding catering inquiry. She was super responsive and able to get us in for a tasting ASAP. We instantly were drawn to Platinum Party Planners because they offered a variety of catering packages and we were able to pick one that suited our budget. A lot of other caterers were firm with their pricing which is stressful! During the food tasting, Tracy sat with us to discuss our wedding day vision and took thorough notes while George cooked & served us the food. Because I did not have a "day of" planner to setup all my DIYs/decor, she said not to worry and her team would handle it (ummm AMAZING!!!!!!). At the tasting, we were blown away not only by the taste of everything, but the gorgeous plating! Everything was absolutely beautiful and screamed high end, even with our limited budget. We had our wedding at RGNY Riverhead and initially they wanted us to choose a caterer from their exclusive list. Tracy went out of her way to meet with the managers/staff at RGNY and thanks to her high level of professionalism and expertise, they allowed us to proceed with using Platinum at our caterer!!! Prior to the wedding, Platinum assembled a whole timeline/order of events for our wedding day (with my approval of course!). Fast forward to our wedding day, Tracy NAILED our decor instructions, food was delicious, and the staff was awesome!! Platinum also made up menu cards for each seat, UNREAL!! Tracy only approached me ONE time the whole wedding day and it was only to say hi and congratulations!! This showed me she had everything under control and didn't need my input on anything. Once the reception ended, the team thoroughly cleaned up and took care of disposing all the garbage. All this to say, I truly could not thank Platinum Party Planners enough. Tracy & George went above and BEYOND to make me the happiest and most stress-free bride in the world. I will forever look back on that day as the happiest day of my life.                     We came across Chef’s Culinary Journey who was highly recommended by a close friend at the very last minute in the mist of Covid-19. Paul helped us every step of the way, he made a very stressful process serene and easy, accommodated late meetings after 7 pm, due to my hectic schedule. Paul recommendations from the florist, DJ, photographer and venue were spot on. The Boulevard grand ballroom was perfect, everything from the lighting, décor, flower arrangements, to the friendly staff and bridal attendants. Chef’s Culinary Journey food was amazing! From presentation, flavors to execution were perfect. Everyone was raving and boasting about everything they had. The staff was great and very attentive. This was such a great wedding, better than expected, I had so much fun. Everyone complimented on how the day went so efficient and how everything and our needs were accommodated for everyone at the wedding. From the beginning, Mario and his team stood out with their blend of professionalism and personal touch, making us feel truly supported. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and flawless execution exceeded all our expectations. When we started looking for a coordinator, we spoke with eight companies. Our priorities were simple: someone affordable, organized, and easy to communicate with. With demanding jobs and limited time, we needed a team to handle the details, allowing us to focus on our big day. While other companies were professional, Mr. Hospitality was the only one that checked all the boxes and added a personal touch that set them apart. From the start, Mario’s genuine enthusiasm made us feel at ease. It was like catching up with an old friend who was excited about our lives—our two cats, how we met nine years ago, and even our plan to walk down the aisle together. Kiara met us at the getting-ready location, tissues ready for our first look, and drinks and hors d'oeuvres in our suite after the ceremony. She knew when to step in and when to stay in the background. Selina transformed our venue, blending last-minute Amazon decorations with stunning rental pieces like the ceremony arch and lighting features. She worked seamlessly with their trusted vendor partners, ensuring everything came together beautifully. They didn’t just arrange flowers—they elevated our vision with high-quality elements and professional touches that made the space feel cohesive and uniquely ours. A standout moment was during family photos when emotions were high. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we could simply say, “Kiara has the list,” and trust her to guide us. Later, when we needed lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it without a hitch. Even when the cake was delivered to the wrong location, they ensured it arrived perfectly. After the event, their thoughtfulness continued. When they picked up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card with personal moments they cherished from working with us, along with a Polaroid from our first dance, humorously labeled as the “paw-rents” of our cats. A few weeks later, Selina recognized one of us at a company holiday event and came out to say hello, making it feel like reconnecting with an old friend.
