I do mostly non-denominational ceremonies, but could add a poem, song, sand ceremony or whatever you need to make your ceremony complete. If you need a Christian Prayer or something read from the bible; my husband is excellent choice for the start of your wedding ceremony. Plus I have worked and know other professional vendors to accent your wedding.

With the tall trees and beautiful grassy lawn, there is plenty of room to spread out and I always feel at home with my harp in such a natural setting. The staff is wonderful, easy to work with, and friendly, and it has been a joy over the years to be a part of so many special and memorable events at this beautiful rustic venue!

Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

Our wedding venue recommended Natasha's Treats, and we were so glad they did! Working with her was seamless, from our first communication with her to the beautiful finished product on our wedding day. She was so kind, communicative, and professional. Our reception was outdoors and there was some concern about our cake being in the sun for several hours, which required some coordinating with the venue about when the cake should be delivered. Natasha took it upon herself to talk directly with the venue in the week leading up to the wedding, insisting that it was not something she wanted us to have to worry about, and for that I was so grateful! Our cake was delicious, and we got many compliments on it. Prior to the wedding, we'd ordered a tasting box from her, and all six of the classic flavors we sampled were excellent. We went with just one flavor for our three-tiered cake since my husband and I both agreed on which was our favorite. If you look through Natasha's photos on Instagram, you will see that she does absolutely beautiful work. We chose a simple design with textured lines, since we were going for a simple, clean look for our cake. She also has her prices listed on her website, which was appreciated, and her prices are very competitive and worth the investment. I highly recommend Natasha's Treats!

Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Kaci was the perfect day-of-coordinator and we highly, highly recommend her. She shepherded us through the month- and day-of calmly and confidently and made the wedding day run smoothly. About a month before, we met with her to discuss our priorities for our wedding, establish a timeline, and make sure we were on top of all the details. She came to this meeting very organized, and prompted us to think about things that weren't even on our radar - as an example, whether we wanted a grand entrance and what song we'd like for that. As we got closer to the wedding day, she took over communicating with our vendors and provided all of them with detailed itineraries and instructions. A few of our vendors told us that Kaci was one of the more organized coordinators they've worked with. She was very responsive if we had questions or wanted clarifications and was always open to more communication. On the day of, she was perfect - we felt totally at ease knowing that all of the vendors knew the plan and that Kaci would tell us where to be and when. She had a calming tone and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and was instantly responsive if we needed anything or wanted to make last-minute changes. Michelle was easy to chat with, was knowledgeable about the wedding experience, shared her planning/coordination experience, and described how we could benefit from her services. Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. Kim and Lupe were incredible and very patient working with my wedding party, which ranged in experience from someone who had no idea what they wanted for their hair & makeup to someone who brought extensive references and asked for specific changes. I am an anxious person by nature, even more so when I have to be even partially in charge of any kind of event, and Kim's calm and practiced work made me feel so much more at ease. She was even able to incorporate a golden laurel hairpiece that I was worried wouldn't work, but it did, and I felt like an empress on my wedding day. I particularly appreciated Kim's skincare product suggestions, which I still use a month out from the wedding and plan on continuing, swapping out parts as needed. I've come to enjoy my skincare ritual in the mornings, and my partner has noticed the difference and started looking for some of his own to use! Italian Brothers Restaurant was an excellent wedding caterer to work with. Their communication via text and email was very prompt and detailed, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, they arrived 2 hours early to set up everything, from the bar and food service to the cake cutting and champagne toast. The execution of their work, from heating the food to serving and cleaning up, was flawless, allowing us as the couple to fully enjoy our special day without any need for attention on our part. We are extremely happy with the quality of Italian Brothers' services and highly recommend them to any couples planning their wedding.

We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

Orralyn did an incredible job helping us plan our wedding in Carmel by the Sea. She was organized, knowledgeable, fun, calm, went above and beyond and I can't imagine the day without her presence. My husband was groomzilla (meticulous about every tiny detail) and Orralyn made sure everything went perfectly I was completely calm and relaxed the day of the wedding because I had Orralyn taking care of every detail. I can’t recommend Far Out Catering & Events highly enough! Carla and her wonderful team helped me organize a beautiful baby shower for my daughter-in-law. They not only provided a fantastic luncheon buffet, but they also created a stunning layout, handled the vendors, and their flower team made adorable centerpieces for the tables. I rented the mimosa cart from them, and it was a highlight of my event! If you are looking for a company that will take care of everything so you can enjoy the event, contact them!

I was initially unsure about having a videographer (I thought it was a waste of money). Boy was I wrong! I wanted to get Glam-Up for my best friend's birthday. Lauren responded super quickly after I submitted the request on her Instagram.
